Kourtney Kardashian’s Poosh shares Keto-friendly fruits tips
Kourtney Kardashian has long been a supporter of healthy dieting and now her lifestyle blog Poosh is helping share some Keto-friendly fruit suggestions!
If there’s one thing that Kourtney loves more than her guilty pleasure foods, it’s fresh fruit. Not only did Kourtney spend much of her spring sharing perfectly shot food photos of the various type of fruit enjoyed by the eldest Kardashian as a daily snack, but she’s also continued to put a focus on sharing suggestions with her followers.
After sharing some of her personal favorite fruits earlier this summer, Kourt’s lifestyle blog is now taking a more focused approach in hoping to share some fruit recommendations for those practicing a keto diet.
5 Keto-friendly fruits enjoyed by Kourtney Kardashian
In a new post from Poosh contributor Ayat Sleymann, Poosh has shined a light on five delicious fruits that can be enjoyed even when practicing the keto diet.
Interestingly, many of the selections happened to appear on Kourtney’s personal recommendation list. These include raspberries, which are said to help reduce blood pressure and lower heart disease risks; strawberries, a perfect source for Vitamin C; and watermelon, which Poosh notes is “rich in cancer-fighting antioxidants.”

In addition to recommending strawberries, raspberries and watermelon, Poosh also recommends incorporating some cantaloupe and apricot into one’s diet — two fruits that posses health benefits and are low in carbs! In other words, now we have yet another reason to enjoy some of our favorite fruits.
